In a shocking incident, a 56-year-old IRS officer committed suicide in his car in Dwarka by consuming acid. The police have recovered a suicide note, wherein the officer, Shivraj Singh, purportedly claimed to have been affected by the novel coronavirus and because of that, decided to kill himself.This is the second incident of an IRS officer committing suicide in the past two weeks.
